Beauty Training and Course Guides
These guides are for professionals: what Florida requires before you may perform a technique, how hands-on training is structured, what equipment you actually need, and how to add a new service to your menu. Two different licenses come up here, and we are straight about which one we help with. Permanent makeup and microneedling count as tattooing in Florida, and there we do help: we teach the technique, we walk you through the bloodborne-pathogens course and the application, and we are a licensed tattoo establishment — which is exactly what that application asks you to name. An esthetician license is a different road: it starts at 220 classroom hours in a licensed cosmetology school, we are not one, and our facial courses are for people who already hold it. Every license is issued by the state, never by a school.
