Love this place! Ruzanna is a professional, she knows what she is doing and she is really nice and friendly, open to any questions you have. Everything is super clean there and sterile, the atmosphere is always relaxing, you just feel comfortable there. From my first visit I knew that I’ll definitely come back. I had a dermaplaning and facial done and it was amazing! I have peach fuzz on my face and was always worried about my sensitive skin with waxing and at home hair removals. She explained everything to me and how my face could react the next couple of days after dermaplaning. I had some redness but a majority of it calmed down after 30 minutes. Definitely recommend her!

Had an acne treatment and facial with Marina. The service was as amazing and helped me a lot making my face much cleaner. Definitely recommend this spa.

I was here for the first time today and Aliz did my acne treatment. My skin has always been giving me issues on and off and now it has gotten so bad again that I wasn’t able to control it. I have been looking for a spa that offers facials with extractions and acne treatments. Aliz did an amazing job and she was so gentle. I already booked my next appointment for next month and I will be back tomorrow for the body wrap special. I can’t wait since that will be my first time having that treatment as well and I need to get some toxins out of my body. I loved it!
I started going to Annazur mainly for my lashes.
I scheduled a facial because deep down I knew I needed something for my face. (You can see my before pictures.) I was afraid that it wouldn’t work because of all the work I have done to get my face in the past. Not only my experience was amazing there Ruzanna is such a nice person. BUT look at my face now. I have no more inflammation flaky skin. How amazing is this, to have clear smooth face. See my before and after pictures!! I had clear skin within 2 weeks.

I began monthly facials at the beginning of the year and my face is glowing and vibrant! If you want radiant, glowing, youthful looking skin make an appointment at Annazur! This beauty care investment is so worth it.
I just want to say that I recommended this spa for all services that they provide. I personally get my waxes done here and every since I have started going to Ruzanna, I have never picked up a razor. She is patient, polite, and kind. She works with everyone even if they give her a hard time with waxing . Her prices are worth the quality of her service and you will not regret booking with her . However, her other staff are trained just as great as Ruzanna . I love coming to her spa because it is rejuvenating and peaceful and I always leave with a smile on my face . This is a trustworthy business and they actually value and take care of your skin via waxes , facials , or whatever service it is that you may get . I plan on getting a facial next and I know that I will be taken care of . Also , I am military and I have to move around a lot so to have a permanent esthetician like ... so so convenient and it prevents me from trying new people that may not provide quality service . I highly recommend the Vajacials as well , you will not regret it .

First time coming here today and it was AMAZING!!! I’m not a high maintenance type of woman but this visit is not high maintenance, it is necessary maintenance! This is so beyond anything you could ever do at home on your own. I got the dermaplaning facial with peel along with face sugar waxing and I have never been smoother or glowed more beautifully. Had my first dermaplaning facial at Annazur yesterday and it was amazing. The vibe is very relaxing as soon as you walk in. Ruzanna was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The dermaplaning was not at all painful, it even tickled a little. My skin feels so amazing. Definitely recommend this spa and would return again.

today was my first time coming to annazur s.p.a. and it was wonderful! the atmosphere was very calming and upon arrival i was greeted by a warm smile by my aesthetician yelena. yelena was amazing!! she was very thoughtful, kind, & calming. i had a gau sha facial & she did amazing, she wasn’t rough at all and explained perfectly what she was going to be doing before we started my service. i definitely recommend Annazur spa, if you want a soothing and relaxing experience you have to come here. also if you want an more relaxing experience book with yelena!

I have been going to Ruzanna since last year 2019 for sugar waxing it has been a wonderful experience! Microneedling
1st time microneedling! I could feel the tingly sensation of my skin tightening and left my skin so soft ✨️ the staff is professional and cater to all your needs. I even got a hand treatment and my hands feel velvety.
I have been here 2x for microneedling and my skin look 100 times better than it did before I came; the ladies are wonderful and very informative.

Love Annazur! Ruzanna is the best! I had my first ever Brazilian sugaring with her in January, & honestly I have had lip waxes hurt worse! I'm a regular now, & was so happy to see her this Monday when she re-opened!
This was my first time trying out Sugaring and I absolutely loved it. I received the Brazilian service and it was actually less painful than a regular hard wax. I had Ruzanna and she was awesome!! I was a little nervous at first but she made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be Sugaring from now on.
I've had normal waxes before and they were usually painful for hours after. I booked my appointment with Aliz to try a Brazilian sugar wax. It was the best wax I've ever had. She was gentle and talked me through the entire process, very professional, and relaxing experience. No soreness or inflammation. Also found out about other services I would have never considered. Excited for my next appointment!

Found this place online and I'm glad I did. I came here for my first Brazilian and Ruzanna was so patient and talked me through the entire process. I had only tried sugaring once before on my underarms and loved it so decided to come here for my underarms and Brazilian. If you're a first timer like myself don't let the pain of your first time deter you. When I went back the second time it was so much easier, quicker, and MUCH less painful! I even bought the cream she used after on my legs cause it felt sow rich and moisture it leave my legs soft and smooth not sticky and since it is completely out of natural organic ingredients I just had to grab one for my self. Thank sow much annazur for this experience. Would be back soon to tryout one of your facials🤩

Aliz did my very first "down there" service ever! I was naturally nervous, given the stigma and thoughts around plus size women getting those types of services. But, Aliz was so pleasant, friendly, attentive, and effortlessly made me feel comfortable. I actually never got nervous, like I anticipated I would, so I highly recommend Aliz!
My bestfriend wanted to try something different and get Brazilian sugaring done, so I decided to say heck with it and we booked appointments at the same time. While I took my first Brazilian sugaring like a pro (Aliz's words, not mine), my bestfriend had a rougher time with her first waxing/sugaring ever. She just doesn't tolerate pain well, so it's not their fault 🤣...
I have been going to ANNAZUR for Aliz for over a year now and still have 0 complaints.

Got a sugar wax here and I loved every bit of my experience. She was super sweet and funny, mad me calm for the experience. Of course the wax hurt (not nearly as much as other places), but she talks you through it. I also got a vagacial which was AMAZING. My skin always gets raw, dry, and/or itchy after getting a wax, but after getting the vagacial every thing was so smooth and my skin was calm and moisturized. She even got a stubborn ingrown out that was bothering me for about a month. My favorite part was the high frequency massage that comes with it and the steaming. I will be going back for all my waxes in the future. The establishment was clean and the ambiance was amazing. 10/10
I went in for a Manzilian. I first called in and set up an appointment. It was a little awkward at first calling but the woman on the other end assured me it was completely normal and that they have a lot of male clients who get a Manzilian done. Being my first time ever, I was expecting lots of pain. However, when I got there I was greeted and treated with respect. The woman who did the waxing was very professional, respectful, and ensured I had a pleasant experience. For any man who needs a last minute wipe of the area, they do provide wipes and leave you to undress and wipe before coming back to start the waxing. Anyway, I highly recommend all men to get this done! It is not as painful as people make it out to be! It’s like one or two seconds of a not so painful sting and then it’s gone. As for getting the bum hole waxed, that was probably my favorite part and it was very quick too! Highly recommend that you trim the hair short with scissors before scheduling your appointment. You don’t have to if you don’t want to but I feel that’s maybe what made my waxing go by faster. I forgot to mention that you will fill out a few papers but nothing complicated and very quick before going to the back room. My experience after has been good. I feel so much better, cleaner, and find it easier to get in the mood! Highly recommend this service and place to y’all!

I booked a Brazilian Wax and Vajacial with Yelena and she was incredible. She’s honestly one of the sweetest and most personable service providers I’ve ever met. Since it’s such an intimate service, I was a little nervous, but she made me feel completely at ease. She’s super knowledgeable and relatable and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Legs Waxing
I had my first sugaring a month ago on my legs and it was an amazing feeling. It wasn't as painful as I thought it would be, and I also get to see how smooth my legs have been since going. I'll be going back to get it regularly until it's not as noticeable. And I had a dermaplaning, peel and facial and my face has never felt better. I will be scheduling another appointment for my face just to keep on top of the facial care routines.

Just moving to Jacksonville I was not sure I would be able to find someone to do the sugaring I was accustomed to since I have super sensitive skin. (Regular waxing is a disaster for me because if the chemicals). I was thrilled to find someone in my own neighborhood that did so. Ruzanna did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her. She is the consummate professional. I will be back.
Eyebrow Waxing
Aaaaaamazing. Y'all. Okay first time sugaring, first time really anything on my body hair being removed by my eyebrows. Absolutely amazing. Now I know everyone's pain tolerance is different. Ruzanna warned me that it would be uncomfortable, that she would take it as slow as I needed to. We powered through it. She checked on me consistently asking if I was okay. Made sure I knew what I was getting myself into. We talked the whole time, WHICH REALLY HELPED, and at the end she was done and told me about aftercare. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I know I'm going to keep going back.

Best wax ever. The sugaring technique used was so gentle on my skin. I did not have any post service irritation, discomfort, or breakouts. The results LAST! I have become a regular customer and I highly recommend to anyone that has never waxed or is dissatisfied with traditional waxing.

I am Brazilian, then “waxing” is very common for us, however I was stuck in the stereotype that only Brazilian waxing places were good; little did I know! Annazur Organic Spa is just perfect! Had my first appointment with Aliz for sugaring. It was actually a very good and non painful experience! As a first timer I was very nervous but Aliz made the process very comfortable. I already had my next appointment booked!! Also the lash lift was amazing and my lashes have never looked so good!! I’ll be back next month! Also get the membership people!! It’s worth it.
Eyelash Extensions
I started going to Annazur mainly for my lashes.
I scheduled a facial because deep down I knew I needed something for my face. (You can see my before pictures.) I was afraid that it wouldn’t work because of all the work I have done to get my face in the past. Not only my experience was amazing there Ruzanna is such a nice person. BUT look at my face now. I have no more inflammation flaky skin. How amazing is this, to have clear smooth face. See my before and after pictures!! I had clear skin within 2 weeks.

Very good experience. Eye lash lift is such a game changer. When you're in the chair it's so relaxing you might fall asleep. The results are dramatic and the staff is very detailed and ask the clients what they want. I've been going here for about 2 years and I can't recommend them enough

Permanent Makeup
I went to see Aliz at Annazur to have microblading corrected that was done by someone else, and I’m so glad I did. I was really embarrassed and self-conscious about how uneven my brows looked. They might not have been super obvious to other people, but to me they were incredibly obvious every time I looked in the mirror.
From the start, the team was great—I reached out on Instagram, they told me to call, and when I explained my situation they recommended Aliz because of her experience. I’m so thankful they did. She really took her time, was so precise in making sure everything looked symmetrical, and asked for my input along the way to be sure I was happy. She has such a calm demeanor, which made the whole experience really comfortable.
When I saw my corrected brows for the first time, I felt such relief. I absolutely love them—they look natural, symmetrical, and she completely fixed what was wrong before. I can’t recommend her enough!

I am one of those ladies who finally tired of filling in my brows daily. I finally decided to give in and try semi-permanent makeup. I searched different places, viewed many photos, and read multiple reviews. My research led me to choose Annazur Organic Beauty Spa for Powder Ombre Brows. I am extremely happy with my decision. My eyebrows turned out MUCH better than I anticipated. I went for my touch-up two days ago and I'm excited to see the final result soon.
The pain is minimal. I fell asleep during both visits, and I even caught myself snoring during my touch-up appointment 😁

I had my eyebrows done by Loralei and couldn't be happier. She immediately made me feel so comfortable when I arrived. Her skill and talent is undeniable. I feel more confident with my new and improved eyebrows. It's amazing what a difference it makes. I can't stress enough how important it is to choose the right facility and specialist... And this is it! I look forward to returning for my touch up!
10/10 experience every time. I started coming in 2022 and I have always had a pleasant experience. I have tried the facials, microshading, and sugaring. I get compliments on my brows so much since coming to Annazur. I have sensitive skin and Aliz takes her time and uses products that work with my skin issues. I’m always comfortable and have 0 complaints. Very accommodating and friendly.

Update: The sugaring was a relatively painless experience… will definitely do again as I am thrilled with the results. My powder brows look amazing for day two and I have gotten tons of compliments already!

On Feb 17 I walked inside Annapurna Organic beauty spa just to find out about microblading, I talk to Loralei and she explained to me how it’s works. The next thing I know she did microblading and a facial that very same day. She did a awesome job, I did ask for military discount because it was a little pricey. But over all I am very satisfied.
I have been wanting to get my eyebrows microbladed for years. I found this spa by a simple google search, and so happy I did! This place is clean, relaxing, and full of talent! I just had my touch up done on my eyebrows and they look AMAZING! She did such a great job and so painless I actually fell asleep during both sessions 😝 would 100% recommend their services to anyone and look forward to going back for another myself!

I just came today at Annazur spa and It was so relaxing. Aliz was my girl and she is so sweet and careful with her job, she also gave me a good talk and a good time there.
