How is Microblading done?
The session will begin with a numbing cream.
Once you're numb, we will disinfect and map out your eyebrows using the geometric markers of your unique face. You are involved in this process so that we can provide you the thickness, degree of arch, and length that you want your brows to be.
Hair strokes and pigment are deposited into the outer layer of skin using fine skilled precision and following your natural hair growth (if you have eyebrow hair). The strokes are covered with pigment and allowed to "soak" into the hair strokes. This is called a pigment mask.
We alternate adding strokes, going over existing strokes, and pigment masking until the result is perfected.
Why should you choose Microblading?
There are a number of cosmetic tattoos possible for eyebrows. But microblading hair strokes gives the most natural result, period.
It is also semi-permanent. The benefit of this is when eyebrow trends change in the future, you can update your look.
Will it be painful?
We use a strong numbing cream and wait until it goes into effect before we proceed.
Not all microblading artists do this because it takes more time, and they can't fit as many clients in. We've heard many stories about clients who have gone to other microblading artists and had so much pain. Then, they come to us and feel nothing.
If you begin to feel uncomfortable during the procedure, we always offer more numbing cream.
